It’s good to read comments like the recent one on Blog O’ Matty about the NetApp vs. ZFS/Sun case.
BTW Matty: did you know that not only I praise Jonathan Schwartz as “brilliant” (for instance here or here), but it’s done so around the world? I know at least one friend and fellow sysadmin from Malaysia who does regard him equally high. And so does Network World Asia.
Me, I’m much like you, Matt - I also see these things and act and hope accordingly. And if we all spread the word about topics like this one, we’ll be the nails in NetApp’s coffins - it’s inevitable, like the SCO case proved.
