Took some grey card shots in the flat today. Still I liked this one better in black & white:
As you probably can see, I took this with the Olympus E-PL1 and the 45mm lens, with the VF-2 viewfinder tilted “up” 90 degrees.

I like this a lot! Quite different from the normal “self portrait” — yet it encompasses a lot about you. I also think it’s an innovative use of the VF-2. I still have one of those I keep around for the E-PL5 (E-M5 of course doesn’t need it — but can’t do that tilt either).

Thanks John, for your kind words. And yes, the VF-2 is so cool – I use it tilted upwards very often, with the tripod on half (the human) height or so. Gives different angles and perspectives without doubt; more like a child would see those scenes.
